Our cylindrical 485 and 525 barrel, fixed axle fracturing or mud rolling units are built of 5/16th inch carbon steel rather than the industry standard 3/16th inch or 1/4th inch, allowing for much stronger distributed tube strength and structural integrity. Each vessel includes easy assembly OSHA compliant catwalks with crossovers to connect two or more vessels, and all valving is Hastelloy C, with viton seats to protect against an environmental incident.

For internal coating, we are currently utilizing a 100% solid, thick film epoxy phenolic with high temperature stability, designed for specialized use as an internal lining for chemical immersion containment vessels. Our coating has an excellent wide range of chemical resistance.
